Condition assessments are conducted on sewer pipe segments for repair and replacement. These projects reduce the potential for sewer overflows by repairing deteriorated sanitary sewer lines. Upsized sewers will be able to handle increased flows from future development. Some sewer lines will be relocated.

The project will include: 

• Upsizing and replacing approximately 3,500 linear feet of existing sewer pipe, primarily along South S and Holmes Streets.
