The carpet, lockers, kitchen cabinets, and window blinds of the police building are deteriorating and need to be replaced. Additionally, renovated spaces in the police building will increase the efficiency of current operations. Certain areas like the old City Hall file storage room can be used to expand crowded areas like the Traffic Department. Converting open space to individual offices will provide workspaces for an expanded workforce. This project will include: 

• Renovating approximately 7,300 square feet in the Police Building, including:
  • Restrooms
  • Lockers
  • Sergeant offices
  • Kitchen/breakroom
  • Traffic department
  • Upstairs office space
  • Traffic room
• Replacing window blinds on the second floor,
• Installing new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes.
