The City owns, operates, and maintains 40 buildings at 20 different locations that provide essential city services (e.g., City Hall), spaces for community enrichment (e.g., Bankhead Theater) and specific uses (e.g., parking facilities). Public building projects include repair, rehabilitation, and modifications to these City owned properties and construction of new buildings.
