Neighborhood Preservation – also known as code enforcement - was established to help preserve and improve the physical, social, and economic health of Livermore’s neighborhoods. We ask for your help in keeping Livermore a beautiful and enjoyable place to live and work.

Neighborhood Preservation focuses on public education as the primary measure to gain voluntary compliance with the codes and steers abatement measures through coordinated and cooperative steps. Administrative penalties may be assessed upon those who fail to comply with the municipal and development codes. View the Neighborhood Preservation process.
