It is the responsibility of the property owner to remove graffiti from walkways, walls, fences, signs, and other structures or surfaces visible from beyond the bounds of a property line.

To report graffiti on private or public property, please call Neighborhood Preservation at 925-960-4444 or complete an online request here.

If You Observe Vandalism/Graffiti In-Progress

Call Livermore Police Department dispatch at 925-371-4987 to report the crime.

Violations

Violators will be subject to citation and penalties per LMC 1.20 and/or the California Penal Code.
