If you have a question or concern about something happening in your neighborhood or in the surrounding neighborhoods to which you cannot find an answer on this website, Neighborhood Preservation staff members are available to take your calls Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm at 925-960-4444.

If a staff member is not immediately available you may leave a message to which you will receive a return phone call in a timely manner. It is important to remember to always leave your name and telephone number when leaving a message.

Please remember to also leave the address you are inquiring about in your message. By doing so, you assist Neighborhood Preservation staff members in returning messages left in a timely manner.
