- Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability, or sexual orientation;
- Defamatory or personal attacks;
- Solicitations of commerce;
- Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity;
- Information that may compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems;
- Content that violates legal ownership interest, such as copyright, of any party;
- Personnel matters;
- Comments in support of, or opposition to, political campaigns, candidates, or ballot measures;
- Content that is confidential, privileged, including attorney-client privileged information or that work product, or otherwise not subject to disclosure;
- Spam or other off-topic comments not related to the particular posting being commented upon or to City business.
