It is a violation of the Livermore Municipal Code for property to have visible from a public street:

• Overgrown vegetation which can likely harbor rats or vermin;
• Dead or hazardous trees;
• Weeds or other vegetation constituting unsightly, unkempt appearance;
• Vegetation which is dangerous to public safety and welfare; or
• Vegetation which is detrimental to neighboring properties or property values.

Violations

Violators will be subject to citation and penalties per LMC 1.20.
