A Graffiti Fighter program has been established and is under the purview of the Maintenance Division. A "Graffiti Fighter" is a member of the public who signs up to be on a task force of public volunteers to identify and abate graffiti. If you would like to sign up to be a Graffiti Fighter please fill out and submit the form below. In addition, the City requires all volunteers to complete and submit an Insurance Waiver form prior to participating in City sponsored volunteer activities. The form is available for you to download and print at the link below.

Graffiti Fighters may be notified of future volunteer events including group efforts to locate and abate graffiti. The City celebrates members of the public who volunteer by taking photos for City reports and website. If you would like to give permission for your photo to be shared on the City website, please complete and submit a City of Livermore photo release form.
