The current heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in several City buildings have reached the end of their service lives. Certain components are no longer supported, and the current systems have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Replacing these systems is necessary to avoid HVAC failure.  This project will include:
  • Replacing HVAC control systems for City Hall, the Police building, and Library,
  • Installation of carbon dioxide sensors at various locations to improve the efficiency of the air-handling units, and
  • Replacing current boilers and chiller which are at the end of their useful lives.
