Fair Housing 

ECHO Housing is a non-profit housing counseling organization that helps community members understand and resolve housing and tenant rights related to Fair Housing and Tenant/Landlord disputes. 

ECHO is committed to ending discrimination in housing by providing counseling, investigation, mediation, enforcement, and education through their Fair Housing Program.  The Counselors conduct site investigations and enforcement in response to reports of housing complaints.

Contact ECHO if you have:

Experienced or witnessed discrimination based on race, color, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability, children, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, source of income, or any other arbitrary characteristic.
Questions regarding rent increases, repairs, or other landlord/tenant disputes.
