July 24, 2023, City Council Meeting COVID-19 Exposure

The City of Livermore was notified that an individual that attended the City Council meeting on Monday, July 24, 2023, has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.

If you attended this meeting in person, you would be considered to have had a “close contact” interaction with the individual who tested positive.  Under applicable COVID protocols, it is recommended that you follow the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency Public Health Department Guidance for Close Contact:

  • Take a COVID-19 test 3 to 5 days after being exposed or right away if you have symptoms.
  • Wear a high-quality mask when indoors or around others for 10 days from last contact.
  • Monitor symptoms closely for 10 days and if symptoms arise, stay home and away from others and test at that time.
