The City of Livermore Airport Leasing and Development Policy, which was adopted by City Council on July 10, 2023, will guide the permitted future development at the Livermore Municipal Airport (LVK).

The purpose of the City of Livermore (City) Leasing and Development Policy (Policy) is to set forth processes and procedures to evaluate and approve or reject proposals related to the leasing and/or development (including construction, modification, and/or renovation) of aeronautical and non- aeronautical land and/or Improvements within the legal boundaries of the current Airport Layout Plan (ALP) for the Livermore Municipal Airport (Airport). This Policy establishes leasing protocols and requirements for compatible and sustainable development that protects persons and Property.
