Stockmen's Park, the public park located at 29 S. Livermore Ave. that opened in October 2020, celebrates Livermore's western heritage by boasting over 200 local cattle brands etched in decorative paving surrounding an expansive green space.

A ten-foot tall bronze monument of a cowboy bravely taking off his cowboy hat and replacing it with a World War I helmet stands tall in the northwest corner of the park.

Visitors enter through the iron archway displaying the Stockmen's Park name and approach a plaque dedicating the park to the Livermore Stockmen's Rodeo Association.

An agreement was made in the early 1960s between the City and the Stockmen's Association to complete this park and dedicate it to veterans of this valley who have served our country. That promise has been fulfilled.
