Scholarships for water treatment operations and water distribution system operations training.
Bay Area Consortium for Water & Wastewater Education (BACWWE)
Scholarship can be used towards water and wastewater career courses at Evergreen Valley College (San Jose), Laney College (Oakland), Los Medanos College (Pittsburg), Solano Community College (Fairfield), Gavilan College (Gilroy), or Santa Rosa Junior College (Santa Rosa).
Cal Water
Must live within Cal Water's service area. Scholarship open to any major.
California Water Environment Association (CWEA)
Must be a member of CWEA or sponsored by a member. Must be currently employed in or pursuing a career in the water or wastewater field.
Water Environment Federation (WEF)
Scholarships can be used to pursue an entry-level operator license or for continuing education.
Scholarships for Undergraduate Degrees
American Groundwater Trust
For high school seniors pursuing careers in a groundwater-related field.
American Water Works Association (AWWA)
Must be pursuing a career in a drinking water-related field.
Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA)
Must be a UC or CSU student pursuing a degree in a water resources-related field.
Cal Water

California Association of Sanitation Agencies (CASA)
Must major in engineering, environmental science, public administration, or a similar field at a California university.
California Water Environment Association (CWEA)
Must be a member of CWEA or sponsored by a member. Must be currently employed in or pursuing a career in the water or wastewater field.

Must be pursuing a career in a drinking water-related field.
