Step 1

Go to the Love My Water Customer Portal login page and click "Need to set up an account?" at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2

Accept the Terms & Conditions and enter your email address. You will automatically receive an email confirmation from donotreply@sensus-analytics.com. Click the link in the email to confirm your registration.

If you cannot find the email, check your Junk/Spam folder. The link in the email will expire after 24 hours.

Step 3

The email link will take you to a "Set Up My Account" webpage.  To create an account, you will need to enter the account number and customer name on your Livermore Municipal Water account.

The customer name should be typed exactly how it appears on the bill. Include any middle initials, periods, slashes, or spaces.

Enter your cell phone number if you would like to receive text alerts when your water usage is higher than normal. Otherwise you will receive alerts through email only.

Step 4

Click submit to return to the sign-in screen. You will be able to log in using the password you selected on the "Set Up My Account" webpage.

When you log into the Love My Water customer portal, your total water usage for the current billing cycle will display on the homepage dashboard.

To see your past water usage, click on "Usage Details". This page will allow you to see your water usage in the last 24 hours, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

Water usage can be shown in hundred cubic feet (CCF) or gallons. Livermore Municipal Water charges are based on CCF of water used. Click on the gear icon to switch units.

Usage alerts will let you know when your water use is higher than normal or when you have a leak. 

Step 1 

Click on "Settings" and then "Usage Alerts".

Step 2

The "Usage Alerts" page will allow you to set three types of alerts - daily usage alerts, billing cycle usage alerts, and vacation alerts.

• Tips for Billing Usage Cycle Alerts: If you are a single-family residential customer, Livermore Municipal Water recommends setting your billing cycle usage alert at 7 CCF/5,236 gallons. This way you will be notified when your household is charged the higher Tier II rate. Learn more about tiered rates.

• Tips for Vacation Alerts: Vacation alerts are helpful for detecting leaks on your property. Set your usage at zero for dates when you will be out of town. If you receive a vacation alert, this means your property is still using water and may have a leak.

To set an alert, click "Enabled" and then set your alert threshold. Click "Save" when you are finished.

Step 3 (Optional) 

If you would like additional people to receive these alerts, click on "Alert Recipients" under the "Settings" tab. Click on "Add Alert Recipient" to add their contact information.

If you have multiple Livermore Municipal Water accounts, you can add them to your customer portal account.

Step 2 

Under the "Manage Account" heading, click on "Add Account".

You will then need to enter the account number and customer name for the Livermore Municipal Water account. The customer name should be typed exactly how it appears on the bill. Include any middle initials, periods, slashes, or spaces.
