You may request morning or afternoon inspections, but you will need to call (925) 960-4445 on the day of your inspection between: 7:00-8:00 am to confirm. There will be days that we complete all our inspections in the morning in which case your afternoon inspection will be scheduled for late morning. Please leave your: name, address, phone number, permit number (if you know it), day of inspection and preferred time.

• AM inspections are performed between 8:00 and 11:30.

• PM inspections are performed between 12:30 and 3:30.

• You can call to get a one hour arrival time frame or to talk to an inspector by calling (925) 960-4445 between 7-8 am the morning of your inspection.

• Inspections can be requested up until 6:00 am the day of your inspection. Inspections requested after 6:00 am will be scheduled for the following day.
